Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers on water treatment systems Assist with selection of pumps, dosing equipment, and instrumentation Support troubleshooting of basic water treatment and process issues Prepare quotations and process customer orders Learn to interpret water chemistry and application requirements Work closely with internal engineering and sales teams Candidate Requirements Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM discipline Strong interest in technical sales and customer-facing engineering roles Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn Any knowledge of water treatment, pumps, dosing systems, pH, ORP, conductivity, or flow systems is advantageous but not essential Package & Benefits £28,000£32,000 basic salary Bonus scheme 25 days holiday bank holidays 5% pension contribution Private healthcare Full training and development plan Career progression into field sales or senior technical roles About the Role This role is ideal for graduates looking to transition into technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing roles within the water treatment and process engineering sector.
