The Role *Lead technical customer conversations across composites applications, materials performance, and processing requirements *Develop and manage relationships with customers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and collaborative R&D partners *Support grant-funded project development including Innovate UK, APC, and Horizon applications *Translate customer requirements into actionable development priorities while supporting commercial strategy and market growth The Person *Background in composites, advanced materials, or related manufacturing technologies *Commercial or customer-facing experience within a technical environment *Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders *Comfortable working within a fast-paced start-up environment with evolving priorities Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
