With flexible office locations across the Thames Valley, this is a key opportunity to help shape and expand a developing private criminal practice within a forward‑thinking firm.The role offers a diverse caseload of privately funded matters, including advisory work, police station representation, Magistrates' Court advocacy and Crown Court litigation.

You will play a central role in building client relationships, developing referral networks, and contributing to the strategic growth of the offering.This position will suit a commercially minded criminal lawyer with a proven track record in generating private work, strong client care skills, and confidence in business development.
