Job Title: Night Marina Operative Location: Universal Marina - Hamble River Closing Date: Monday 3rd August 2026 Job Description: The position of Night Marina Operative has become available at Premier Marinas’ Universal Marina. You will be joining a dedicated and friendly team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.  Our customers rely on us to deliver a safe and secure experience. Expect to spend some time patrolling the marina conducting safety checks and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following to qualify for consideration: Proven customer service or customer facing experience A can do” attitude and flexible approach to teamwork The ability to work alone and as part of a team Be able to stay calm under pressure Ability to learn and use computer software systemsPrevious experience in a similar role and a knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds would be beneficial but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. A full UK driving licence is advantageous but is not essential.
