SF Partners are recruiting for a fantastic organisation based in Nottingham, looking for someone to join their friendly and supportive HR team.

We're open to speaking with candidates who are immediately available or currently working a notice period, whether your background is in HR Administration, HR Coordination, HR Support or a similar role.

The most important thing? You're organised, adaptable, confident working in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy supporting people!

What will you be doing?

This is a really varied HR role where no two days will be the same! You'll be supporting the wider HR team with everything from:

HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers and contractual changes

Recruitment coordination, onboarding and pre-employment checks

Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation

Supporting payroll administration and maintaining accurate employee records

Responding to HR queries from employees and managers

Supporting absence management, HR reporting and general HR processes

Getting involved in wider HR projects and supporting the team wherever needed

Who would be a great fit?

We're looking for someone who has previous hands-on HR administration experience and is comfortable juggling different priorities in a busy environment.

You don't need to have done absolutely everything listed above, but you will need a good understanding of HR processes, strong attention to detail and the confidence to hit the ground running.

CIPD qualifications would be great, but practical HR experience is just as important!
