Job Description
In this role, you will support the delivery of sustainability projects across the UK, with a particular focus on the newly acquired sites in Belfast and Prestwick. You will work closely with internal teams, site stakeholders and the wider Sustainability team to coordinate activities, track progress and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of sustainability projects across UK sites.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, follow up actions and support project delivery.
- Support environmental compliance activities and regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain sustainability and environmental documentation and data.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001.
- Collect, consolidate and report environmental data and KPIs.
- Support sustainability audits, site assessments, risk and opportunity tracking and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to sustainability communications, presentations and reporting.
- Support the implementation of sustainability policies and objectives covering areas such as climate, biodiversity and ISO 14001.
- Support Social Value, Community Impact and employee engagement activities, including sustainability events and volunteering initiatives.
- Maintain project/action trackers and provide regular progress updates.
- Attend sustainability meetings and support the organisation of site visits and engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Sustainability, Environmental Management, ESG, CSR, Social Value or a related field.
- Degree or relevant qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of sustainability legislation, environmental compliance and ISO 14001 / EMS.
- Interest in sustainability strategy, climate and environmental topics.
- Good organisational and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and teams.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive).
- Proactive, collaborative and willing to learn.
Note: This role requires travel to Belfast & Broughton occassionally.
