Part-Time Office Coordinator Location: Queens Road, Belfast, BT3 9DT Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00am - 2:00pm (16 hours per week) Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Benefits: Free onsite parking About the Role Adecco Recruitment is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join a busy and professional office based in Belfast's Titanic Quarter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a role that offers a great work-life balance while playing a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a friendly and welcoming workplace. This position is temporary to permanent, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role based on performance and attendance. Manage office supplies and maintain stock levels. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document formatting, and filing. Support new starter on boarding and assist with basic HR administration. Monitor office maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions. Skills and Experience Previous administration or office support experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
