School Chef- £19 - £25 an hour

Enhance Catering is recruiting School Cooks to lead the catering operations for our client's school sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands-on chef's who enjoys leading a team, working with fresh ingredients, and delivering a high-quality food service.

We are recruiting for a September start with a lot of ongoing temporary and permanent roles available across Kent. Pay will be £19 to £25 an hour.

What You'll be doing

• Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operation
• Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
• Manage, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
• Ensure full compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and due diligence requirements
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with onsite stakeholders and clients
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
• Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation
