Metrology Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer Location: Pulborough, West Sussex Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team in Pulborough. This Quality Engineer role includes a strong focus on metrology, making it ideal for someone with experience as a Metrologist or working extensively with precision measurement systems. Key Responsibilities * Carry out detailed inspections on components and finished products * Operate advanced metrology equipment such as CMMs, scanners, and portable arms * Create and maintain inspection and quality plans * Manage calibration processes and equipment records * Support internal and external audits in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 * Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions (CAPA) * Analyse data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For To be successful in this Quality Engineer role, you will have: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality engineering or metrology * HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline * Strong understanding of measurement systems and inspection techniques * Hands-on experience with CMMs and precision measuring tools * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T * Knowledge of quality standards and audit processes Why Join Us?
