Head of Community: Owner Network Growth

Dwelly is seeking a Head of Community to own the central demand-generation role in the M&A department. You will build trust and desirability among UK letting/estate agency owners, warming the pipeline months or years before selling and driving platform adoption for non-selling owners.

You will host rooms and events, manage relationships, and work with central marketing to align campaigns, while ensuring CRM segmentation and measurable impact on the warm pipeline and platform activations.
