Smile Education is looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, supporting our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you'll work closely with schools, candidates and partner agencies to ensure schools have access to high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff when they need them.
Ideal for candidates with experience in recruitment, recruitment resourcing, candidate delivery, account management, staffing coordination or workforce planning, this role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships while making a real impact on school staffing across a growing trust network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day staffing requirements across a network of schools.
Build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates and partner agencies.
Source, screen and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff.
Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.
Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability.
Resolve staffing challenges and provide proactive recruitment solutions.
Manage timesheets, bookings and placement administration.
Deliver an outstanding recruitment service to schools and education professionals.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, recruitment delivery, resourcing, account management or staffing.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive and solution-focused approach.
