Construction Manager – Residential & Commercial Developments – West London We are currently working with a well-established and growing developer who are looking to appoint a Construction Manager to support the delivery of high-end schemes across West London. The business specialises in acquiring existing buildings and transforming them through demolition, refurbishment, structural alterations, and cut & carve works into premium office spaces and luxury residential developments. With a strong pipeline of secured projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company delivering complex and design-led schemes in some of London’s most desirable locations. As Construction Manager, you will oversee construction activities across a range of technically challenging projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
