They turnover circa 50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. They carry out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 5m in value, with a range of public and private clients.They have a number of specialist divisions within the business focussing on specific sectors. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their busy Main Works Division, which focusses on projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors, between 1m to 5m.This area of the business operate within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Cambridge and London, undertaking new build, extensions and refurbishment projects. Projects are varied and include schools, universities, hospitals, remedial works and commercial offices.They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within these areas.
