Senior Engineer

Bond Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Senior Site Engineer to join a major new build data centre project in Wembley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading main contractor on a technically challenging scheme with a strong pipeline of work. The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for all senior engineering duties across the project, with a strong focus on quality assurance, technical compliance and setting out. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing and overseeing setting out activities across multiple work packages * Carrying out QA inspections and ensuring works are delivered to specification * Producing and completing QA documentation and records * Coordinating with subcontractors and site management teams * Reviewing drawings and identifying discrepancies * Ensuring engineering standards and site accuracy are maintained throughout * Supporting programme delivery and technical problem solving on site Requirements * Proven experience working as a Senior Site Engineer on large-scale construction projects * Previous data centre, industrial or major infrastructure experience preferred * Strong QA and setting out background * Proficient with robotic instruments and surveying equipment * Ability to manage subcontractors and engineering workflows independently * CSCS Card essential * SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial Details * Freelance / Contract * Wembley * Long-term opportunity * Immediate start available * Competitive day rate For more information or to apply, please contact Bond Recruit directly
