Window Fabricator

Just Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing business in Witham, assisting them in recruiting a Window Fabricator to join their team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting with the manufacture of products and operating machinery as part of the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the manufacture of products.
Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Carry out reasonable instructions and tasks as requested by your Manager.
Operate machinery within the production process, following company procedures and training, and ensuring safe working practices at all times.
Report any machinery or safety concerns to the Team Leader.
Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of production machinery.
Ensure all work is completed in line with company quality standards.
Provide support across all areas of production, demonstrating a flexible approach to changing business demands.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
45-minute break per day
