Job Title: Painter (EL1 Security Cleared & CSCS) Location: Durham Rate: £180 per day + Overtime Accommodation: Provided for those travelling from outside the area The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Painter to work on a sensitive project based in Durham. Due to the nature of the site, candidates must hold valid EL1 Security Clearance & CSCS to be considered. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work * Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming * Working to strict site and security protocols * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Completing tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines Requirements * Valid EL1 Security Clearance (essential) * Must have a CSCS card (Essential) * Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator * Own tools and PPE * Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer * £180 per day * Overtime available * Accommodation provided for those travelling from further afield * Opportunity to work on a secure, long-term project
