Location: North West

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE + car allowance, commission, phone, laptop, pension and 28 days holiday with the option to buy additional days

I'm recruiting for a Business Development & Account Manager to join a growing team, covering the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the water treatment and hygiene sector, knows how to build long-term client relationships and has the commercial drive to identify and secure new opportunities.

The Role

Developing new business opportunities across the water treatment and water hygiene sectors.
Managing and growing an established portfolio of North West accounts.
Promoting a comprehensive range of water treatment and hygiene services, covering all LCA service standards.
Identifying opportunities to increase revenue within existing client accounts.
Building relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of industries.
Targeting key sectors including healthcare and facilities management.
Generating new leads through proactive business development, networking, referrals and industry contacts.
Attending marketing events and industry networking opportunities.
Taking ownership of your territory and delivering against agreed sales targets.
What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years' experience within the water treatment and/or water hygiene industry.
Evidence of relevant industry training and technical understanding.
Previous experience in a business development, sales or account management position.
A proven ability to generate new business and develop existing accounts.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
