MOBILE TAIL LIFT ENGINEER   Location: Bedford Earnings: Up to £55,000 including call-out and overtime + bonus Hours: Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week | Days Contract: Full-time, Permanent Company Van: Fully equipped van provided Up to £55,000 - Optional Call-Outs The role offers up to £55,000 including call-out and overtime, plus an annual performance bonus of up to £1,500. The call-out rota is completely optional - you can work your normal Monday-Friday hours or take additional call-outs when you want to boost your earnings. Additional Earning Opportunities ·Up to £1,500 annual performance bonus, typically paid around December ·£25 per night when on the call-out rota ·£25 per call-out ·£75 flat rate for a 3-hour call-out ·Any work over 3 hours paid at double time ·£25 First-Time Fix bonus ·Optional call-out rota with no obligation The Role ·Service and repair tail lifts, lifting decks and shutter systems ·Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections ·Complete LOLER Thorough Examinations and Annual Weight Tests ·Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults ·Carry out repairs and component replacements ·Complete digital job reports and service documentation ·Maintain van stock, tools and equipment ·Provide excellent customer service while working safely and professionally We're looking for an experienced Tail Lift Engineer / Mobile Service Engineer / Hydraulic Engineer / Commercial Vehicle Engineer with:   ·Full UK Driving Licence ·Previous tail lift or similar equipment experience ·Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills ·Ability to work independently and manage your own workload ·Good communication and customer service skills ·Basic IT skills   Desirable: LOLER experience/qualification, shutter system experience, mobile field service experience and experience with Dhollandia, DEL, Ratcliff Palfinger, Zepro or Anteo.   What's on Offer? ·Up to £55,000 including call-out and overtime ·Up to £1,500 annual performance bonus ·Optional call-out rota ·Enhanced call-out and overtime payments ·£25 First-Time Fix bonus ·Monday-Friday, 40 hours ·Fully equipped company van ·Fuel card and company phone ·PPE and uniform provided ·Salary sacrifice pension ·Wellness programme ·22 days annual leave + birthday leave ·Ongoing manufacturer training and career development   Please contact Amy at Autoskills and quote reference number: 54787
