Salary & Benefits Competitive salary Company vehicle or car allowance Company pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Structured and manageable workload Varied portfolio of projects Long-term career progression opportunities Permanent, secure position The Role Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a variety of property types Producing accurate, detailed, and compliant asbestos survey reports Working across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector properties Managing your own diary and workload effectively Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site representatives Maintaining accurate electronic survey records and documentation Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures About You BOHS P402 qualification (essential) Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Strong understanding of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation Experience within a UKAS-accredited consultancy is desirable Confident working independently in a field-based position Strong communication and report-writing skills Full UK driving licence Professional, organised, and reliable approach to work Why This Role Varied surveying workload across multiple sectors Strong pipeline of work across Watford and the surrounding region Structured scheduling and operational support Ongoing technical and professional development Excellent long-term career progression Permanent position within an established asbestos consultancy If you are interested in this role, contact Joel Bland on (phone number removed) or email
