Punch Press Operator Location: Banbury Salary: £13 - £14ph Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00-14:00 Overtime: Time + 1/3 The Role As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality bespoke parts using machinery. This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with a variety of materials. Key Responsibilities: Set, operate and maintain punch press machines Read and interpret technical drawings Carry out routine machine maintenance and tool changes Conduct quality checks on finished components Assisting with other departments such as assembly deburring Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environmentSkills & Experience Required: Previous experience operating a punch press machine in a manufacturing environment Ability to read engineering drawings Confident with tooling and machine set up High attention to detail and a focus on quality Able to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join?
