I'm working on an exciting opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering problems, shaping architecture and driving technical excellence — all while remaining deeply hands-on.

This is not a traditional people management role .

We're looking for someone who wants to lead through technical expertise, take ownership of critical systems and help set the engineering standard across a highly capable team.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design expertise
• Deep experience in C++, Rust, Java, Python or TypeScript
• A proven track record of building and owning complex systems in production
• Experience leading technically through architecture, design and engineering excellence
