Job Description Employment Solicitor, Hampshire /n 1 - 3 yrs PQE /n ***Commutable from Surrey and Berkshire*** /n /n Well-regarded regional law firm seeks an ambitious employment lawyer to join their L500 ranked team in Hampshire. /n Our client is a well-established regional firm with an excellent reputation. The firm is home to a successful employment practice which handles contentious and non-contentious employment work for respondent clients and senior executives and company directors. /n The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer with at least 1 years+ PQE to join their team. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including some or all of: drafting terms and conditions and employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing, a variety of discrimination claims, redundancy and Tribunal work, you’ll be joining a small but friendly and supportive team. /n You’ll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of large corporates, national businesses, SMEs, OMBs and partnerships on varied and challenging employment law issues. /n Benefit from being part of a very supportive working environment with flexibility around hybrid working, a great diet of interesting employment work and clearly defined career prospects. /n The firm has an outstanding (and achievable) bonus scheme allowing solicitors to earn £10,000+ bonuses. /n
