Head of Employee Relations – Southeast

Fitzgerald is seeking a Head of Employee Relations (South East) to lead our ER leadership team and service delivery across the region. This senior, hands-on role involves developing the team, building senior client relationships and guiding high‑risk ER matters with judgment and commercial acumen.

You’ll be based in the South East of England, with hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites, and you’ll drive quality, growth and excellent outcomes for our clients.
