We’re on the hunt for a Finance Director to help us navigate our next phase of growth. n\n You will be leading on strategy alongside the CEO and leadership team – turning big growth ambitions into a credible financial plan by overseeing and managing all financial operations of the business. By driving the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes – helping us stay ahead of the curve. In addition to owning the reporting and management accounting for the UK and international subsidiaries, you will lead, mentor and develop a small but talented team and help shape how finance and resources scale as we grow. n\n We are seeking a qualified accountant with deep experience in finance leadership roles who is a Finance Director, Head of Finance or a strong number 2 in a business with international subsidiaries and turnover in the tens of millions (or more). Happy at both ends – shaping strategy with the leadership team one minute, digging into a model, cash flow or audit query the next.
