The Warren is a Grade II listed manor house set in 22 acres, minutes from Hayes Station, Bromley, and home to the Metropolitan Police Hayes Sports Club. Under new management, we're revitalising this lovely property and building a new team to bring fresh energy and high standards to our weddings, events, Warren Bar (all-day dining) and Conservatory (breakfast and light lunch).

• Develop seasonal menu changes and new dishes.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
• Manage food cost, labour cost and kitchen profitability.
• Uphold the 5-star in food safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Drive a positive, professional and ambitious kitchen culture.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership on the continued growth of the concept.

• Perfect if you've already secured that Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate to ensure our meals are both safe and tasty; otherwise, we'll assist you in upgrading from level 2
