Front of House Assistant

We are seeking an experienced House Assistant to join a fully staffed ultra-high-net-worth private household based in Knightsbridge, London . This role is comparable to a chalet host/yacht stewardess position , delivering exceptional service standards within a luxury private residence.

The successful candidate will work alongside other House Assistants and an established household team including chefs, nannies, chauffeurs and security , ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home and an outstanding experience for the principals and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver five-star service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including formal and informal table service
Prepare dining and service areas to an exceptional standard
Liaise closely with chefs to ensure seamless food and beverage service
Provide guest care and hosting support, anticipating needs at all times
Maintain immaculate presentation of front-of-house areas
Support event and guest entertaining within the residence
Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure discretion and efficiency
Adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail
Assist with packing, unpacking and service requirements when travelling with the family
Candidate Requirements
Previous 5* hospitality and/or private household experience is essential
Background in luxury service environments (UHNW homes, yachts, private villas, boutique hotels or similar)
Yacht experience and relevant qualifications (e.g. interior service, silver service, wine knowledge) highly desirable
Impeccable presentation and communication skills
Naturally service-led with a calm, polished and proactive approach
Comfortable working within a large, structured xwzovoh household team
Flexible attitude to working hours and duties as required
Absolute discretion and professionalism at all times
Additional Information
Based primarily in Knightsbridge, London but also travel to the weekend residence in Surrey

Shifts include: Mon-Fri (7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm), weekends (8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm)
