For you, this means working on challenging projects that demand  innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership .   Role – We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes. You will act as the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, defining scalable architecture, driving best practices, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards. Define and maintain enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture strategies. Design scalable, secure, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions. Provide architectural oversight across implementation and enhancement programmes. Platform Delivery & Transformation Lead implementation and optimisation across: Financial Planning Establish data governance, lifecycle management, and configuration management standards. Drive adoption of AI, Predictive Intelligence, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code capabilities. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes. ServiceNow Platform Architecture Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Experience designing scalable, governed ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise environments. Configuration Management Experience working within architecture governance frameworks and large transformation programmes.
