Job Title: Nursery Teaching Assistant (Level 3 EYFS) Location: Northallerton Contract Type: Full-time (Temp to Permanent) Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role Empowering Learning are proud to be working in partnership with a number of high-quality private day nurseries across Teesside, and we are currently seeking passionate, dedicated Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistants to join these fantastic settings, this role is for Northallerton. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in an early years setting Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers Observing, tracking, and recording children's progress Essential Requirements Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential) A genuine passion for working with young children Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team Why Join Empowering Learning?
