Plumber – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing) Tower Hamlets We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties. The Role: Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties Repair and maintain occupied properties Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction What We're Looking For: Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Ability to work independently in a reactive environment Good customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licence What We Offer: £730 take home a week after tax £22 an hour paid via CIS 42.5-hour working week Company van and fuel card Pension, holidays, job security, and other local council benefits
