The Role You will carry out a variety of responsive repairs, void property works, planned projects, and multi-trade maintenance across a variety of residential properties.

Responsibilities Undertaking work on tile and slate pitched roofs, flat roofs, lead work, roof lights, rainwater goods, and associated roofing repairs.

Undertaking a mix of responsive repairs, void property works, and project-based maintenance.

Essential Criteria: Completed Roofer apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification.

Eligible for trade specific CSR card.

Can demonstrate experience in the delivery of building maintenance \ roofing services on tile & slate pitched rooves including renewal of felt & battens, rain water goods, hip, valley & ridge pointing and replacement, lead works, installation of roof lights and flat roof works.

3+ years relevant experience in minor building and maintenance sector.

Able to use smartphone device.

Current, valid UK driving license.
