About the role
Motorclean are looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support the Area Manager at customer dealerships throughout South Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

Motorclean provide vehicle preparation services to a wide range of automotive businesses across the UK including car dealerships, rental companies and auction retailers. The purpose of this role is to assist the Area Manager in the daily operations, promote excellent Customer Service and assist with the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites and fully valet vehicles to a high standard
Report issues to Area Manager
Monitor chemicals and equipment on site, ensuring there are no shortages.
Carry out inductions for new starters
Dela with customer queries and requests as and when required
Manage absences within the team including annual leave and sickness
Recruit operators as required, utilising all recruitment methods at your disposal
Enforce the company policy on health & safety and promote safe-working practices.
Requirements:
Automotive industry experience, ideally within vehicle preparation xwzovoh
Resourceful and Proactive
Negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent communicator
Strong attention to detail
Full Driving License
Must have the Right to work in UK
Must have Valid Personal UK Bank Account in your own name
Team player
