Manufacturing Lead Operator (Nights) Location: Devizes, Wiltshire Salary £32,000 - £39,000 per annum (including shift allowance) Job Type: Permanent We are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Lead Operator to join their night shift production team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineering professional with strong machine setting, fault finding, and maintenance experience to step into a key role within a high-performing production environment. The successful candidate will also provide support in a supervisory capacity when required, assisting with shift leadership duties. Working Pattern Sunday: 11:00pm - 7:00am Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am 39 hours per week - Permanent night shiftThe Role As Lead Operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of specialist manufacturing equipment used in a precision engineering environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. In addition, you will support continuous improvement activities and assist with first-line leadership responsibilities during shift leader absence.
