Brazer / TIG Welder Denham | £33,000 | Permanent | Days A globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham is looking to recruit a Brazer / TIG Welder to join its assembly team. This is a hands‑on role focused primarily on brazing, with some TIG welding involved. You'll be working on safety‑critical aerospace components, following engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures to produce work to a consistently high standard. What you'll be doing Carrying out low‑temperature silver brazing and high‑temperature brass brazing on aerospace components TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel components where required Operating spot welding equipment Deburring, polishing, cleaning and inspecting finished work Working from engineering drawings, specifications and job cards Completing self‑inspection activities to ensure components meet quality standards Supporting prototype and development work when required Assisting with welding activities across the wider manufacturing operation Following all health & safety, quality and process requirements Supporting continuous improvement and 5S activities within the department What you'll need Engineering or manufacturing background Previous brazing and TIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Understanding of quality standards and safe working practices Experience using measuring equipment, grinders and engineering hand tools Good attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work Certification in aerospace welding or brazing standards would be beneficial but is not essential.
