Job Description

Lonsite are looking for experienced Groundworkers for a long-term construction project in Lambeth, South London.

Applicants must live locally within the London Borough of Lambeth, as this position is part of a local employment initiative.

Duties

• Carrying out general groundworks and civils duties.

• Installing drainage systems, ducting and underground services.

• Kerbing, paving and preparing surfaces.

• Concreting and basic concrete finishing works.

• Excavation, trenching and ground preparation.

• Working safely alongside plant and machinery.

• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card.

• Relevant Groundworks NVQ qualification.

• Previous experience working as a Groundworker on construction sites.

• Experience in drainage, ducting, kerbing, paving and concreting.
