We're working with a forward-thinking organisation looking for an Estates Data Coordinator to support a major estates and asset data project across a large property portfolio. You'll play a key role in bringing lease, billing and asset information together into a central IWMS platform helping improve reporting, compliance and financial accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

?? Interrogating lease agreements and extracting key commercial & billing data ?? Validating invoices, billing schedules and financial information ?? Uploading and maintaining lease and asset data within the IWMS ?? Working with finance, billing and estates teams to resolve discrepancies ? Comparing data across spreadsheets, finance systems and legacy databases ?? Improving data quality, reporting processes and system confidence

What We're Looking For

? Experience working with lease, estates, asset or property data ? Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail ? Comfortable working across multiple systems and large datasets ? Confident communicating with both technical and xwzovoh non-technical stakeholders ? IWMS / CAFM / property systems experience would be a big bonus
