About the role

Our engineering client is looking for a Workshop Technician to join their team. This is a 3 month temp to perm position. This is a varied role working within a small workshop, covering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic assembly, testing, and general warehouse duties. The suitable candidate will have a hands-on engineering background and be happy to support across different areas of the business when needed. Duties will include: * Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic assembly * Testing systems and equipment * Working from drawings and build instructions * Completing paperwork after each build * Picking, packing and kitting parts Salary: £16.50 p/h (PAYE) Hours: Mon: Thur 08:00am - 16:45pm Fri: 08:00am - 12:00 37.5 Hours per week
