The successful candidate will have the opportunity of getting involved in some of the most sought-after and complex international deals in the City.Our client covers the full gamut of corporate and investment funds advice, with a particular focus on M&A (particularly cross border) alongside restructurings and reorganisations.The ideal candidate will be Newly Qualified (either from earlier this year or soon to be in September) and will show genuine enthusiasm for working in the highly-driven area that is Funds advisory work. Your training will ideally have come from an established City, National or International practice and you will have had at least one seat in a Corporate / Funds (or equivalent) context.
