Dayforce Product Specialist Outside IR35 Day rate negotiable This role is to support the stabilisation, optimisation, and embedding of the Dayforce platform following a recent Group-wide implementation.

The role will focus on system configuration, continuous improvement, and controlled deployment of changes within an integrated HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management environment.

Experience Required Significant hands-on experience configuring Dayforce (Ceridian) in a complex, integrated environment Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes Proven track record of deploying configuration changes safely within live environments Experience managing impacts across integrated systems (e.g.
