This is a genuinely commercial role. You'll be trained to identify exceptional talent, build relationships with senior candidates, develop new business and ultimately manage your own searches and clients.
What you'll be doing Researching and mapping senior talent within specialist markets
Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates
Building relationships with senior professionals
Speaking with clients to understand their hiring requirements
Supporting live executive searches from start to finish
Developing market expertise and your own professional network
Progressing towards managing your own clients and searches
