£130,000 - £160,000 Basic + Bonus + LTIP.

Cognisant Search has been appointed to recruit a Delivery Director on behalf of a rapidly growing residential developer and investor, building quality homes across the North West. With an established and growing pipeline of developments and ambitious growth plans, this is a pivotal appointment, to take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.

Key aspects:

• Full accountability for project delivery from land handover through to practical completion to customer
• Lead the Development, Technical, Commercial and Construction functions as one integrated team
• Drive programme certainty, quality standards and margin performance across the portfolio
• Identify risks early, intervene decisively, maintain exceptional health, safety and environmental standards
• Provide commercial insight and strategic recommendations
• Support growth through operational improvements, systems development and key leadership appointments

You are an experienced housebuilding director with a proven track record of delivering homes from acquisition handover through to practical completion. A hands-on leader with strong technical, commercial and construction expertise, capable of identifying issues early and driving successful outcomes. Experience of working within a JCT D&B environment, would be advantageous but not essential.
