- 5:00pm Out of hours schedule: 1 in 8 weeks Call Out Attending Shutdowns About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally with HV experience, to join our clients team covering a commercial campus in Northolt, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an esteemed facilities company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems.

Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.

Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, UPS, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.

Undertake HVAP training, performing switching tasks as per schedule.

Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in a 1 in 8 call-out rota to provide emergency support.

Participate in site shutdowns quarterly Requirements: Required: Minimum Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Engineering plus 18 th Edition Proven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role.

Strong knowledge of commercial building systems.

Acknowledgment that HV switching will be expected in this role Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
