Labourer (with Driving Licence) Location: Ashington Rate: £16.84 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week Start: Immediate Duration: 1 Year Contract (Opporunity to go Permanent) We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip-out projects. 🔧 Duties: Stripping out old bathrooms & Kitchens Assisting trades on site Removing and loading waste Keeping work areas clean and safe Working across occupied and void properties ✅ Requirements: Valid CSCS card Manual Handling, Workign at Heights, Asbestos Awareness (Can be done online before start) Full UK Driving Licence (Clean) & Own transport (essential due to multiple site locations) Physically fit and reliable Experience on social housing or strip-out works preferred Good attitude and willingness to work 💷 Pay: £16.84 per hour 39 hours per week Weekly pay Ongoing work for the right candidates If interested, please apply with an up to date CV
