The role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters - sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers - from instruction through to completion.

You will work within a supportive team that takes compliance seriously without letting it become a barrier to doing great work.
This is a role with genuine progression. We are growing quickly and we promote from within. The right person will move into a team leader position as the business expands - this is not a promise we make lightly.
What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
Confident across freehold and leasehold transactions
Strong on compliance and AML - we are hot on getting this right
Equally strong on client communication - our clients are often going through difficult times and need a human as much as a lawyer
Curious about technology and open to doing things differently
CILEx, CLC licence or law degree preferred but not essential if your experience speaks for itself
What we offer
Up to £45,000 depending on xwzovoh experience, with flexibility for an outstanding candidate
Hybrid working with a couple of days per week in our Weston-super-Mare office, which is in a beautiful rural location (UK driving licence and own transport essential)
