Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver

What We Are Looking For: Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and make a real difference? We’re on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to help keep our site running smoothly all year round. You’ll be a key part of the team, making sure products and materials are moved safely, efficiently, and in the right place at the right time. Working hours: 06:30am to 7:00pm on a pamama shift patttern The Position: * Operating forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site * Loading, unloading, stacking, and storing items safely * Keeping yards, storage areas, and waste zones clean and organised * Carrying out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.) * Completing basic paperwork and using scanners for product tracking * Supporting general site maintenance and helping other departments when needed * During harvest season, things ramp up — you’ll help manage crop intake, move trailers, and keep everything flowing using a range of equipment. The Perfect Candidate Should Have: * Valid B1 Counterbalance forklift licence (essential) * Good understanding of site safety and load handling * Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors * Confident judging distances, heights, and weights ‍Why Join Moulton Bulb Company?
