LocationLondon, United Kingdom## About This Role**Role Overview**AustralianSuper, one of the world's largest pension funds managing over £200bn in assets globally, is seeking a Director, Private Credit (Infrastructure Debt) to join its London-based Private Credit team. This senior investment role reports to the Head of Private Credit Infrastructure Debt and plays a leading role in executing the fund's infrastructure debt strategy across the UK and Europe.**Key Responsibilities**- Source, originate, and assess infrastructure debt investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, borrowers, investment banks, corporates, and advisers- Lead due diligence, underwriting, and credit assessment of prospective investments- Drive transaction execution from initial review through investment committee approval and closing- Oversee financial analysis, modelling, and investment recommendations- Determine internal credit ratings and prepare investment papers for governance forums- Negotiate and execute term sheets and legal documentation- Contribute to portfolio construction, manager selection, and strategic market development**About the Platform**AustralianSuper's Private Credit platform manages a A$7.5 billion global portfolio spanning infrastructure debt, real asset debt, and middle-market corporate lending, with the flexibility to invest across the capital structure including senior, subordinated, mezzanine, and construction financing.**Location & Type**London, King's Cross (Hybrid) - Full-Time, Permanent
