HGV Class 1 Driver - Manchester

Job Description: We require on-going regular drivers to work within the film industry. As a LGV 1 driver you will be part of the support team who transport trailers and mobile dressing unit trailers to film studios and filming locations. This filming company is one of the largest suppliers of filming equipment in the UK and now have an ongoing requirement for Class 1 Drivers in the Manchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity, a great industry to work in and you are paid very well. There are many live film sets spread across the North of England, therefore we are currently recruiting up to 15 LGV 1 Drivers to start immediately. We have the following routes: Local deliveries

Between 2 - 4 swings per day (these are trailer swops between film sets). Daily Runners - (Dropping vehicles for service/MOT) LGV 1 (Swings - trailer drop) £25.00PH LGV1 (Daily Runner) £20.00PH - These runs are very rare. To apply you must have the following Requirement

s 12 months LGV 1 experience No more than 6 points on your licence Hold a UK driving licence, digital tachograph and CPC card A flexible attitude to work Excellent customer service skills and professionalism required. Well presented Good time keeping Willing to learn A good attitude to work Available ASAP as drivers are required urgently Training/Assessment You will be required to attend a 2 hour training session in Manchester prior allocation of shifts.
