About the role

Job summaryAre you a motivated,
patient-centred General Practitioner looking for a rewarding role that truly

and St George's Medical Centre are two well-established, friendly and closely
linked NHS GP practices on Lady Margaret Road, Southall, together serving a
diverse and engaged patient population. Both sites are part of North Southall
PCN and Ealing GP Federation, giving our clinicians access to a wider network
of resources, enhanced services and career development opportunities well
beyond what a single practice can typically offer.As part of our proactive
strategy to continuously elevate our clinical standards and drive our CQC
ratings upward, we are expanding our medical team across both sites. We are
looking for an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join us on a permanent basis, working
across CGMC and/or SGMC. We know how demanding modern primary care can be,
which is why sessions, days and site allocation are all genuinely negotiable to
suit your circumstances.Main duties of the jobKey responsibilities would include:Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality, safe and
compassionate evidence-based clinical care to our registered patient
population.Collaboration: Work collaboratively alongside
our multidisciplinary team across both sites to ensure seamless patient
journeys and efficient cross-cover.Practice Development: Actively contribute to the
ongoing development, clinical governance and continuous service improvement of
the practices as we target CQC excellence.Compliance: Participate regularly in internal
clinical meetings, peer reviews and multi-disciplinary case discussions.Documentation: Maintain meticulous, accurate and
structured electronic patient records using SystmOne.About usAt CGMC and SGMC, you will not
be practising in isolation. We have built an extensive, highly integrated
multidisciplinary network across both sites to significantly streamline your
daily admin and reduce clinical strain.Your day-to-day workload will be
fully supported by:A supportive team of GP Assistants to help with
demand and manage care coordinationPCN Paramedics dedicated to home visitsA PCN Mental Health Nurse to manage patients
with Severe and Common Mental Illness (SMI/CMI)A PCN First-Contact Physiotherapist providing
direct assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal (MSK) conditionsDedicated Practice Nurses managing chronic
disease frameworksActive Social Prescribers to handle complex,
holistic patient pathway referralsDedicated Secretarial Support to prepare,
process and manage outgoing referral letters, freeing up your clinical timeA supportive, highly efficient administrative and
