Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer / Electrician
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer/Electricianto join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of electrical systems and projects, supporting both installation and engineering delivery while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
You will play a key role in installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and project delivery, working both independently and alongside project teams on small- and large-scale installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, test, and commission electrical systems and components
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective on-site solutions
- Support project teams in delivering large-scale electrical installations
- Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and meet required standards
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Carry out inspection and testing, including completion of certification ("e.g. EIC")
- Ensure compliance with current wiring regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Provide high-quality service to clients, demonstrating professionalism and technical expertise
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation (desirable)
- City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 & 2395 (Inspection & Testing) (desirable)
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671) (desirable)
- Valid Residential Certificate and Permit (Permanent/Temporary)
- Valid driving licence
