- Permanent Pay Rate:£15.65 per hour Hours: 6:00am 6:00pm Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 4/5 days per week (rota basis) The Role Quest Employment is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Brackley.

This role is based within a meat processing plant, supporting the movement and preparation of raw food products as part of the production process.

The position involves repetitive, hands-on work within a fast-paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable carrying out manual tasks for extended periods.

Please note, this role involves working in a strong-smelling environment and handling animal-based products.

Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions.
