Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Role Details:

• Advise clients across a wide range of corporate matters, from entity formation and governance through to complex transactions and strategic projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial documentation tailored to client needs
• Support clients on transactions including M&A, investments, joint ventures, and restructuring activities
• Provide pragmatic guidance on corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with founders, management teams, and investors as a trusted legal advisor
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals in a fee-share environment
• Contribute to business development by growing your own client base and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with other consultants and specialists to deliver seamless, high-quality legal solutions

At Mezzle, our consultancy model works on an initial 70/30 split, allowing you to retain 70%, rising to 80% once the threshold is exceeded, while also benefiting from the expertise of our firm, including the infrastructure, compliance support, and resources of an established law firm.
